A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a shoes, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-25 business days.

Shipping is calculated based on the price. Free shipping on orders over $89.00. For orders under $89.00, shipping will be charged by country. For example, the US will charge $12. Shipping to remote areas is $29.99.

Some products may be delayed due to the complicated production process,the shipment time of products has become longer ，please be patient, we have been pursuing good quality to each of our customers, our products will not disappoint you, thank you for your understanding!

(*There is different processing time for different item. You can check the processing time from product page. Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.)

Note for taxes:

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
